Full time
We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our mission of revolutionising nonprofit fundraising. This is a unique opportunity to drive real social impact by building the next generation of frontier tech. While we develop cutting-edge AI agents, we deeply believe in the power of human potential working alongside technology to create extraordinary results.
You will:
- Design and develop our core AI-powered fundraising solutions
- Create intuitive frontend interfaces that make AI agents accessible to nonprofit users
- Implement and optimise our natural language data interfaces
- Collaborate with our team to tailor our products to nonprofit organisations
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment
- Build, maintain, and utilise predictive AI models that process and analyse donor data (no worries, this sounds more complicated than it actually is!)
Ideally, you have experience with:
- AWS - we use a very wide variety of services
- Typescript, Python (plus whatever gets the job done)
- Web Development (React, Vite, Tailwind - the usual boring web-dev stack)
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their integration
- Working with LLMs
- REST API design and development
- Database design (both relational and non-relational)
You don’t tick all the boxes on our Christmas wishlist? Don’t worry. This is really just to give you an idea of our tech stack. We strongly believe in learning and that we can solve anything if we put our minds to it - and so can you!
Why join us:
- Join a small A-player team where your voice matters, and you get ownership from day one with the opportunity to grow with the company as we expand globally
- Develop products that enable nonprofit organisations to raise $100k+/month
- Work with cutting-edge technology to build AI agents
- Shape the future of nonprofit organisations
- Tap into your full potential and grow both personally and professionally
- Be part of a team of NPO and AI experts that have completed over 250 successful AI projects
