ceed digital innovation GmbH ("ceed", "we") operates digital services, including the website https://www.augedo.com as well as various web applications (https://app.augedo.com, https://insights.augedo.com, https://impact.online, https://agents.augedo.com).
The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. We inform you below about the type, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data within our digital services and about your rights under the GDPR.

2. General Purposes and Legal Bases
We process personal data to:
- provide our website and web apps,
- process usage requests and support inquiries,
- manage user accounts,
- further develop our offerings and content.
Data processing is based on:
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment),
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in providing and optimizing digital services),
- § 96(3) TKG (Austrian Telecommunications Act).
3. Use of AI Systems (Anthropic, OpenAI, Fal.ai)
For automated text, code and image generation, we use AI services from the following providers:

Purpose and Data Processing
- These systems process the texts, prompts or evaluation criteria you enter in order to generate content or make suggestions.
- We have organizationally and contractually stipulated that no personal data should be transmitted.
- Since it cannot be completely ruled out technically that users may provide personal information, the processing of such data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in innovative service design).
Third Country Transfer
- The providers process data in the USA.
- The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and additionally on standard contractual clauses according to Art. 46 GDPR.
Storage Duration
- Anthropic stores data depending on the usage type for up to 30 days.
- For OpenAI and Fal.ai, storage only occurs as long as it is necessary for generating the content.
- We only store your inputs or results in anonymized form.
4. Data Storage
- Personal data is only retained for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the respective purposes or as required by legal retention periods.
- Anonymized content and usage data may be stored permanently for statistical purposes.
5. Recipients and Data Processors
We work with external partners who support us in providing our services:

7. Data Security
We employ technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation or unauthorized access, including:
- Encryption (HTTPS, TLS),
- Access restrictions and role management,
- Two-factor authentication for administrative access,
- Regular security audits.
Our security measures are continuously adapted to the state of the art.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy if necessary, for example due to changes in legal requirements or technical developments.
